Penn State Linebacker - Shane ConlanShane Conlan wore number 31 for the Nittany Lions and was part of two National Championship teams 1982 and 1986. During his career at Penn State, Conlan had 274 tackles, including a school-record 186 solos. Conlan was selected as the No. 1 draft pick of the Buffalo Bills in the 1987 NFL Draft.
